Scholarship application period is now open. Information and the
application form is available on the club web site. Completed
applications must be received no later than June 30,2011 in in
order to be considered for the fall season (U9-U14). We
anticipate final decisions will be communicated approximately
As part of the evaluation process, each team must submit a
budget for the 2011/2012 seasonal year, failure to submit the
team budget will delay and possibly jeopardize the review and
awarding of any scholarship to your team.

Scholarships are awarded based on financial
need. When a team tryout is complete (most often in the spring), the
parent(s) of a player who made the travel team who have a financial
need, should completely fill out a Spirit United Scholarship
Application and supply the financial records requested on the
application. Incomplete applications, and applications submitted
without the requested documentation will not be accepted.
Applicants must include a signed copy of the Letter of
Confidentiality with their application. Each coach, team manager,
and team treasurer will be asked to submit a Letter of
Applications and their documentation are confidentially reviewed by
a four person committee. Scholarships are awarded based on the
committee’s approval. Applying for a scholarship does not guarantee
a scholarship award.
